Rates and Terms
Rates are
quoted by
the hour and
are billed
in 15-minute
increments,
with a
two-hour
minimum per
project. An
estimate of
the time
required to
complete a
project will
be provided.
A signed
contract
outlining
the details
of the
project is
required
prior to
beginning
any work.
Routine
office
expenses
will be
incurred by
CJVBS.
Additional
expenses
(postage,
specialty
office
supplies or
stationary,
printing and
shipping
costs) will
be billed to
the client.
Copies of
receipts
will be
provided.
